Are You?

My name is Parth Patel, and I am a huge fitness fanatic. I grew up as a dual-sport athlete (football and track), competed in a powerlifting meet, trained using bodybuilding workouts, and now I focus on hybrid training with a blend of bodybuilding and running.

Peak Shakti?

I chose Peak Shakti because I believe in its mission to foster a community for South Asians passionate about fitness. I want to inspire other South Asians to reach their full potential in physical, mental, and spiritual health. I've noticed that South Asians lack representation in the fitness industry, and I aim to change that. Peak Shakti provides me a platform to share my journey and knowledge with like-minded individuals relentless in their pursuit of greatness.
